Essential Functions

• Develop monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans
• Perform variance analysis and financial reporting for senior leadership
• Conduct general ledger fluctuation analysis to ensure statement accuracy
• Prepare daily sales and weekly flash reports
• Support audits and assist in process improvements with accounting
• Calculate sales team commissions and lead expense forecasting
• Build Power BI dashboards and reporting packs
• Execute ad hoc analysis and data-driven decision support

Required Experience / Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Science
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a multi-site organization
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with ERP/BI systems
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
