REACH / RoHS DECLARATION
This is to declare that VSP Technologies (Headquarters: Prince George, VA, USA) complies with the requirements of: 1. EU REACH 1907/2006: The Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation requires the identification of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) contained in articles above the threshold 0.1% w/w manufactured and marketed in the EU (Legal Reference EC 1907/2006) 2. EU RoHS 10 Substances Amendment Directive (EU) 2015/863: Amendment to EU RoHS 2 Directive adding four specific phthalate substances that will become restricted above a specific threshold July 22, 2019. (Legal Reference: Directive (EU) 2015/863) 3. EU REACH List of January 19, 2021. Based on our knowledge of all used and marketed articles, VSP has not identified any to contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) amounts above the threshold 0.1% w/w manufactured and marketed in the EU.
