One Piece Reduced Area Gasket for fragile or low bolted flanges

The patented OPRA™ design creates a modified full-face gasket with minimal contact area to match available flange bolt load, on average decreasing required torque by 20-50%. There are two types of OPRA™ designs. OPRA™ Type I gaskets optimize gasket stress in standard ASME and DIN flat-face flanges. OPRA™ Type II gaskets are custom-designed for specific flange geometry and bolting on non-standard flanges.
