At VSP Technologies, quality is the backbone of what we do.

  • We use only high-quality products with proven and measured performance capabilities.
  • We have an ISO-certified quality director on staff to oversee all efforts and ensure compliance with strict industry standards.
  • Our rigorous quality management system—an industry first—eliminates errors and ensures consistent results. A quality checklist is attached to each customer order and signed off on by all departments and staff members along the way, so every step of the process is controlled and documented. The VSP Technologies quality manual, in accordance with the standards set forth in ISO-9001:2000 (excluding Design Control), outlines our policies related to this system.

We also involve our customers, suppliers and employees in an ongoing effort to improve the quality and productivity of our processes and services.
