Metal Reinforced Gasket

Ceramic fiber gaskets have historically been used for high-temperature applications; however, the flimsy nature of the material makes handling and installation challenging. VSP CeraMica gaskets incorporate a metalreinforced, high-temperature resistant, micabased material laminated with ceramic to overcome the handleability issues. These gaskets are compatible with SO2 and SO3 concentrations typical in flue gas applications.
