Sealing Specialist – Transportation Division

Become the in-house sealing expert with Repair Shops, Depots, Shipper/Fleet Managers, and Shipper Plant Sites in your territory by the identification of training, cost savings, and VSP proprietary products and RideTight® program opportunities at existing and new clients.
Essential Functions
- Travel weekly within your territory to identify and solve customers’ sealing issues.
- Grow repair shop market share within assigned territory by targeted calls.
- Provide customer/site support and training in your assigned territory.
Required Experience / Education
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) majors preferred
Preferred Experience / Education
- Industrial experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Kaizen, Six Sigma
