At VSP Technologies, we have on-site capabilities at two of our locations to produce numerous configurations of non-standard spiral wound gaskets up to 72 inches in diameter.
- We utilize premium filler materials, including flexible graphite and expanded PTFE.
- We stock numerous common and exotic alloy winding metals from 304SS and 316SS to titanium grade B3, Monel and Inconel.
Our staff is well equipped to handle the considerable design, manufacturing and process technology involved in spiral wound gaskets. We have patents for a number of innovative designs and manufacture several proprietary spiral-wound gasket styles on site.
