We supplement our CAD-operated fabrication process with multiple traveling head presses and hydraulic “clickers,” enabling fabrication of virtually any gasket design or shape.

The hydraulic cutting presses enable quick, efficient cutting when industry tolerances are acceptable and facilitate various manufacturing processes and product designs where pre-compression is required.

VSP Technologies maintains more than 2,000 steel rule or solid steel dies covering a wide array of ASME, DIN standard piping sizes and other high volume, repeating gasket designs.
