CAD Gasket Cutting

Quality assurance means ensuring accurate planning and execution during the fabrication process.

At VSP Technologies, our advanced systems allow for the development, cataloging and transfer of controlled drawings between all of our facilities, enabling repeat cutting and guaranteeing accuracy. Electronic drawings are routinely provided to customers for review, approval and record-keeping purposes.

Our CAD gasket-cutting process:

  • Uses five CAD-driven precision cutting machines that employ oscillating, vibrating and drag-blade technologies
  • Has typical gasket tolerances ranging from .004 inches to .007 inches
  • Allows us to identify and fabricate OEM and other complex gasket designs quickly and accurately
  • Utilizes electronic equipment to digitize complex gasket shapes and convert them into CAD drawings
